Make Organism enum extensible

Description
Make it possible to extend the organism enum (and read it from http://www.bridgedb.org/browser/trunk/org.bridgedb.bio/resources/org/bridgedb/bio/organisms.txt).
This is needed to allow species to be added to WikiPathways? without having to wait for a new release (because the bridgedb libraries have to be updated).
