Incorrect case for Zea mays

Description

In the  specieslist file the species Zea Mays is defined with both words upper-case, while all the other species are only upper-case for the first word. This breaks the script that links the synonym databases for WikiPathways? by creating an incorrect link.

In addition, zea mays is completely missing from the organisms file in resources:  http://www.bridgedb.org/browser/trunk/resources/organisms.txt
