Description
Some BioDataSources? are hard to categorize in the current flat list structure.
Classic example is "Ensembl" versus "Ensembl Human"
Some mappers refer to specific affy arrays (eg. "affy_hgu133a"), others refer to affy as a whole.
A possible solution is to implement hierarchical relations between DataSources?. E.g. DataSources? can have parent-child relationships.
The impact for the mapID method still has to be evaluated.
